At DIGITHINK TECHNOLOGIES, we provide digital products and services (including Framer components, automation workflows, and related offerings). As our products are delivered instantly, we maintain the following policies:
Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are final.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
The product was not delivered due to a technical issue.
The delivered file is corrupted or unusable, and we cannot provide a fix within 7 business days of notification.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (via the same payment gateway used — Razorpay, Cashfree, or others).
Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital goods cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed, since delivery is instant.
For service-based offerings, no cancellations are permitted once the service has been initiated.
Return Policy (if physical items are sold in the future)
Products must be returned within 7 days from delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds for approved returns will be initiated to the original payment method.
Shipping Policy (only if physical goods are shipped in future)
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours on business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Unexpected courier delays are beyond our control, but we will assist wherever possible.
