However, we maintain clear delivery standards to ensure timely completion and handover of all client projects.
1. Delivery Method
All services and deliverables (design files, website builds, automation workflows, etc.) are delivered digitally via email, project management platforms (like Notion, Framer, or Google Drive), or secure online links.
Component purchases or digital downloads (such as Framer templates or automation files) are delivered instantly or within 24 hours of successful payment.
2. Delivery Timelines
Custom Projects (Websites, Automations, Design, etc.): Project timelines are mutually agreed upon at the start of the engagement and typically range between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on project scope.
Digital Products (Templates, Components, Files): Instant or within 24 hours of purchase.
Training / Cohort Programs (Think School): Access is granted within 24–48 hours of registration.
3. Delays & Exceptions
We strive to meet all delivery timelines. However, project delays may occur due to:
Pending approvals, missing assets, or delayed inputs from the client.
Technical issues or unforeseen challenges beyond our control.
In such cases, the client will be notified immediately, and revised delivery timelines will be communicated in writing.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing details of your order, project, or access credentials.
