Welcome to Digithink Technologies (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including digital downloads such as Framer components (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent and have the legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements.
2. Licensing & Usage
Our Products are licensed, not sold.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in your personal or commercial projects.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product.
Represent the Product as your own intellectual property.
Circumvent any technical limitations.
3. Payment & Taxes
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Paddle may collect applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) based on your location.
Prices are displayed in USD and may convert depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your Product via download link or Framer integration.
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible software.
5. Refunds
All sales are final due to the digital nature of Products.
Limited exceptions apply (see Refund Policy).
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our Products:
For illegal purposes or in violation of applicable law.
To infringe intellectual property rights.
To resell or distribute without authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
All Products and content remain the sole property of Digithink Technologies. No rights are transferred other than the license described herein.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digithink Technologies against claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the Products or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the Product.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Haryana, India.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
